Returns

• 14-Day Return Period: Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund.
• Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items with damage not caused by manufacturing defects may not qualify for a refund.
• Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Exceptions: Custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
